GOUVERNEUR, NY — Jerry Jerome Houghton and Cande Lee (Kent) Houghton of Gouverneur celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 3, 2018.Â
The couple was married on Aug. 3, 1968, at the Philadelphia United Methodist Church, officiated by the Rev. Ralph Hutchinson, in a double ring ceremony.
They had two sons, Jeremy and Jason. Jason and his wife Terri (Bulger) have four children, Ryan, Lindsey, Anna Bella, and Jaccob, live in Richville. Jeremy and his partner Benjamin Blodgett live in Florida.
