Adam K. Staie, 48, San Antonio, TX

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS —  Adam K. Staie, 48, passed away Jan. 22, 2021, as a result of an automobile accident in San Antonio, TX.

Born on March 9, 1972, in Watertown, NY, a son of Richard M. Staie and Jean Silva, he attended LaFargeville Central School and Morristown Central School.

Adam worked in the area for NYS Parks and local restaurants.  He was free spirit traveling the country. During his travels, he worked as a Chrome Detailer for tractor trailers at truck stops, best known as “Midnight”.

Survivors include a daughter, Katelynn M. Goyette; a grandson, Christopher Richard; paternal grandparents, Vernon and Amy Staie, Theresa, NY; step-father, Terry Towe, Morristown, NY; uncle, Dennis (Debbie) Staie, Theresa, NY; aunt, Vickie (Jimmer) Staie, Alexandria Bay, NY; uncle, Danny (Dawn) Staie, Theresa, NY; uncle, William “Bill” (Jennifer) Staie, Theresa, NY; numerous cousins and friends.

His father, Richard M. Staie on July 7, 2016, and a grandmother, Rose Marie Sherman on June 24, 2017, passed away previously.

Graveside services will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Morristown, NY, in the spring for immediate family only.

Arrangements are with Frederick Bros. Funeral Home, Theresa, NY.
