ADAMS, NY — Xavier T. Cobb, 26, Adams, NY, was charged on July 22 by state police with third-degree rape (E felony), third-degree criminal sex act (E felony) and endangering the welfare of a child (A misdemeanor).
Cobb is accused of sexual contact with a female under the age of 17, troopers said.
He was arraigned in Adams Village Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety building in lieu of $3,000.00 cash/$6,000.00 bond.
Cobb is scheduled to appear in village of Adams Court on July 26, 2019, at 1:30 p.m.
