WATERTOWN, NY — Andy L. “Drew” Mattice, 63, Watertown, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at Samaritan Medical Center.
Born March 17, 1957, in Schenectady, Andy was one of seven children to Raymond and Alice Mattice.
Following his graduation from Linton High School in Schenectady he worked as a Correctional Officer for NYS Department of Corrections where he retired as a sergeant.
Andy’s passion was motorcycles. He loved his Harley Davidson motorcycles, and was a proud member of the Blue Knights Chapter 23. He rode from May to November, and talked about riding from November to May.
He is survived by his spouse of over 20 years, Karen York; his children, Ashley Mattice and significant other Matthew Netto II of LaFargeville, Andy L. “AJ” Mattice, Jr. of Dexter; Justin York of Ontario, Canada; Holly and Cory Kellar of Ontario, Canada; and a granddaughter, Autumn.
A celebration of life will take place at a date and time yet to be determined.
