EVANS MILLS, NY —Â Travis M. Lashure, 29, of 6 Van Buren St., Antwerp, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 7:49 p.m. Jan. 12 at Last Call Bar, 8700 Noble St., Evans Mills, with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Mr. Lashure is accused of smashing out the headlights on two 2016 Ski-Doo Freeride snowmobiles causing an estimated $817 in damage following an argument at about 7:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at 8700 Noble St., according to court documents. The snowmobiles are owned by Tony L. Frezzo, Jr., deputies said.
He is summoned to appear Feb. 10 in LeRay Town Court.
