Assembly Minority Leader Barclay: We are in financial freefall. New Yorkers need more than ‘we’re working on it’

ALBANY, NY — Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay (R-Pulaski) released the following statement on April 28:

“More than a week ago, Assembly Republicans called for a region-by-region assessment with specific protocols and a tangible plan – delivered by April 30 – on how to restart our economy.

Since that time, New Yorkers have heard little else from this administration besides recognizing two lieutenant governors, a few dozen names on a curious advisory board and a few verbal acknowledgements that a regional reopening is the correct approach.

We are in financial freefall. New Yorkers need more than ‘we’re working on it.’”
