WATERTOWN, NY —Â Bessie J. Champion, 91, Watertown, widow of William “Billy” Champion, passed away Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019, at the Samaritan Medical Center.
Among her survivors are her daughters, Patty and Janet Mann, and Christine Crandall.
