BLACK RIVER, NY — Tasha A. Mashaw, 28, of 125 Maple St., Black River, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, at her residence with endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of second-degree harassment.
She is accused of striking Deputy Matthew Young and Trooper Christopher Wyant while holding a 7-year-old child in which she lost her balance and fell to the ground with the child at about 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, according to court documents.
She is ordered to appear in LeRay Town Court at a later date.
