Board of Elections to hold hearings about petition objections for City Council race

WATERTOWN, NY —  The Jefferson County Board of Elections will hold a public meeting at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, in its offices at the County Office Building, 175 Arsenal St.

The purpose of the meeting will be to hold hearings to determine if two petitions objected to shall be upheld as valid or invalidated.

The objected to petitions are those of Jason Traynor and Brian Watson, who both filed for the position of Watertown City Councilperson. The objector in both instances was Jeanne Barker.
