Brooklyn man accused of trespass at Samaritan Medical Center, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Robert D. Rose, 42, of 950 Rutland Rd., Brooklyn, was charged by Watertown police at 6:55 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, at Samaritan Medical Center with trespass.

He is accused of remaining in the registration building of the hospital after being told by SMC security and police officers to leave the premises, according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear Dec. 9 in City Court.
