WATERTOWN, NY — Kelly Jean Luna, 36, of 101 E. Main St., Brownville, was charged by Watertown police at 2:00 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at Mick’s Place tavern, 204 Factory St., with disorderly conduct.
Police said Ms. Luna attempted to fight a patron outside the bar.
She is summoned to appear Sept. 5 in City Court.
