WATERTOWN, NY —Â Calling hours for Francis A. Parker, Jr., Watertown will be held at 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, at Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.
Spring burial will be in the Brookside Cemetery.
Mr. Parker passed away Sunday, Jan. 24, at the Samaritan Medical Center.
