MASSENA, NY — Erich J. Mattice, 49, Canton, was arrested on Aug. 31 following an investigation of sexual harassment, according to New York State Police.
Mattice, a former employee at Highland Nursing Home in the town of Massena, forcibly touched two female employees at the nursing home during the months of June, July and August 2020, troopers said.
He was charged with two counts of forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor.
Mattice was arraigned in the Massena Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is to reappear in the Massena Town Court on at a later date.
