CHAUMONT, NY —Â Carol F. Barton, 81, of State Route 12E, Chaumont, passed away Sunday, Jan. 5, 2020.
Arrangements have been entrusted to North Country Cremation Service, Chaumont.
Carol was born on Aug. 10, 1938.
She waitressed until her retirement, after that she enjoyed planting, being outside, crossword puzzles, her beloved dogs, her children, and her grandchildren.
Carol is survived by two sons William and Kenneth Barton; her four daughters, Lisa Barton, Teresa Davenport, Trina Rust, and Donna Dery; a daughter-in-law, Vicki Barton, and two sons-in-law, Dan Davenport and Joe Dery; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
Carol was predeceased by her parents, Emerson Jobson and Ursula Cummins Jobson, a sister Janie Kohanski, and a brother, Emerson Jobson.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday Jan 8, 2020, at Bay Breeze Golf Links, 11390 Cheever Road Chaumont, NY.
