WATERTOWN, NY — Gwendolyn P. Holton, 28, of 9226 Ridge Rd., Castorland, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 5:43 p.m. Thursday at Salmon Run Mall, 20999 State Route 3, town of Watertown, with endangering the welfare of a child.
Ms. Holton is accused of leaving a 6-year-old girl unattended in a locked non-running vehicle for over 40 minutes near JC Penney’s, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear 9 a.m. May 23 in town of Watertown Court.
