ALEXANDRIA BAY, NY – A celebration of life reception for Clifford “Kippy” Dobbins, 81, will be held 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Alexandria Bay Fire Hall.
Mr. Dobbins passed away on February 27, 2024.
