BELLEVILLE, NY — A Celebration-of-Life gathering for Donna Jean “Tottie” VanBrocklin will be held 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023, at the Belleville Fire Hall.
Donna passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.
