CLAYTON, NY —Â The celebration of life for Richard A. Bartlett will be held on Sunday, Sept. 11, at DeLuke’s Garden Center, State Route 12, Clayton, beginning at noon.
Mr. Bartlett, 77, LaFargeville, passed away July 23, 2022.
