NEW BREMEN, NY —Â A celebration of life for family and friends will be held for Richard O. Rice, 75, at the New Bremen Fire Hall from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 24, 2023.

Richard died early Saturday afternoon on March 11, 2023, at his home under the
care of his family and Lewis County Hospice.
