THERESA, NY — A Celebration of Life for Ross E. “Bummer” Wagoner, 56, will be 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2023, at the Redwood Fire Hall.
Burial will be in 10 a.m. Saturday in Brookside Cemetery, Plessis, NY, prior to services.
