WATERTOWN, NY — A ceremony will be held 9:00 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, at the main pavilion across from the Zoo New York parking lot in Thompson Park. Two streets will be renamed in honor of former Mayor Jeffrey E. Graham and former Mayor Joseph M. Butler, Jr. All are invited to attend.
