DEXTER, NY — Cheryl M. Beach, 64, Route 180, Dexter, passed away Wednesday evening Aug. 7, 2019, at her home under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County.
Among her survivors is her husband, Richard, Dexter and her sister Cynthia Mills, Watertown.
