WATERTOWN, NY —Â Dina M. Peck, 47, of 7154 Lake Shore Road, Cicero, was charged by Watertown police at 2:17 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, in the 400 block of Black River Parkway with driving while intoxicated and illegal signal from a parked position.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
Ms. Peck is summoned to appear Oct. 21 in City Court.
