WATERTOWN, NY —Â Corey M. Aldrich, 28, of 37088 Pelo Road, Clayton, was charged by Watertown police at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, at his residence with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Aldrich is accused of striking Jeremiah C. Delgado, 44, Watertown, several times in his face causing significant swelling to his right eye which caused it to swell shut at about 7:00 p.m. Aug. 17 at 526 Mill St., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Sept. 2 in City Court.
