CLAYTON, NY — Rose A. Lowe, 59, Clayton, was charged by state police on Jan. 30 with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class “E” felony and second-degree identity theft, a class “E” felony.
Lowe is charged with being in possession of two Bose wireless sound systems and a PlayStation PS4 that was purchased from Best Buy with the stolen credit card information, troopers said.
Lowe was arraigned in the village of Clayton Court and released on her own recognizance.
