LOWVILLE, NY —Â William J. Hill, 34, of 1860 County Route 194, Copenhagen, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies on June 6 with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
“The arrest stems from an incident on May 19 in the town of Pinckney involving a person less than seventeen years of age,” deputies wrote.
Further details of the arrest were not provided.
Mr. Hill is summoned to appear in Pinckney Town Court at a later date.
He was taken into custody for a New York State Corrections and Community Supervision warrant and placed in the Lewis County jail to await further proceedings, deputies said.
