WATERTOWN, NY — Michelle L. Matthews, 47, and Daniel C. Moore, 52, of 345 Paddock St., Watertown, were each charged by Watertown police on Friday, July 27, with fourth-degree criminal mischief, failing to exercise control of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child of a 17-year-old girl.
Police allege “over the course of a month the couple physically and verbally fought and damaged each other’s property while a female child being less than years of age lived in the residence, and did not take any steps to prevent the child from being in an environment that could be harmful to the physical, moral and mental welfare of the child.”
They both await prosecution in City Court.
