WATERTOWN, NY —Â Dale A. Kirch, 62, of Ball Avenue, Watertown, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2020, at the Samaritan Medical Center.
A memorial Mass is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020, at St. Patrick’s Church at a time to be determined.
He is survived by his wife Mary and twin daughters Ashley and Emily Kirch.
