WATERTOWN, NY —Â Deithra M. Porter, Watertown, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Samaritan Medical Center. She was 56 years old.
She was born Feb. 15, 1967, the daughter to the late Sam and Leona Burg Miller.
Surviving are her wife, Rebecca, Watertown; two sons, Brett (Jill) Porter, Adams Center; and Ryan Porter, Watertown; a granddaughter, Mariah Porter, a grandson, Chevy Scott; a brother, Sam (Jennifer) Miller; two sisters, Jeanette Scharf, Kelly (Robert) Smith; and her beloved dog, Delilah.
Deithra was a great cook and baker.
She enjoyed her flower gardens, attending sip and paints and bingo at Turning Stone.
There will be a Celebration of Life at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 10, at Spookhill Bar and Grill (under the pavilion) Rt 11, Adams Center, NY 13606.
