WATERTOWN, NY — Adam D. Vrooman, 37, of 32481 Caroline St., Depauville, was charged by Watertown police at 11:58 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at 515 Bradley St., with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment.
Mr. Vrooman is accused of grabbing Christopher O’Neil, 36, by his neck with both hands and applied pressure to this throat during a fight at about 11:38 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at 515 Bradley St, police said.
He is summoned to appear April 3 in City Court.
