WATERTOWN, NY — The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has issued a travel advisory for northern Jefferson County beginning at 7:24 a.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, until further notice.
This means caution is advised as hazardous driving conditions could be encountered due to ice covered and very slippery roads.
