Detectives: Drugs, cash, gun seized at Pamelia motel

WATERTOWN, NY —  The Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force released the following statement on April 22:

“On 04/22/20, members of the Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force were conducting a drug investigation at 25791 NYS Rte 37 in the Town of Pamelia. This is the address of the Royal Inn Motel.

Investigation led to a search warrant being executed on room 303, which had been occupied by two males, Seth A. Demiceli (age 19, Watertown, NY) and Duncan A. Woodard (age 21, Watertown, NY).

At the conclusion of the search warrant, approximately 125 grams of cocaine, 27 grams of crack cocaine, 25 grams of a tan powder, 270 glassine envelopes containing a tan powder, 321 grams of marihuana, 64 grams of concentrated cannabis, a loaded .22 caliber revolver, $2,737 in US currency, digital scales, and numerous packaging supplies and cutting agents used to package drugs for sale were seized.

As a result, Mr. Woodard was charged with a Violation of Probation warrant and was remanded to the Jefferson County Jail.
