WATERTOWN, NY —Â Justin M. Petterson, 18, of 1000 Hunters Run, Dexter, was charged by Watertown police at 7:22 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at his residence with second-degree harassment.
Mr. Petterson is accused of pushing Melissa A. Consilvio, 40, during a domestic incident at about 10:19 p.m. Sept. 23 at a residence in 1100 block of State Street, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 2 in City Court.
