WATERTOWN, NY —Â Willie J. Roux, 31, of 24276 County Route 54, Dexter, was charged by Watertown police at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny.
Mr. Roux is accused of stealing an Arnold Palmer drink valued at $0.99 at about 6:34 p.m. April 26 at The General Store, 816 Bradley St., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Sept. 19 in City Court.
