Our mom was one of the strongest Women we knew, she didn’t go to the best schools, dress in fine clothes or have a lot of money. But looking back she had riches that money couldn’t buy, a big heart that only knew one thing the love of her children. She was a voice of reason – story teller – hand holder -partner in crime – supporter – shoulder – broken heart healer – teacher – chef – right hand – psychologist – nerve calmer – sunshine – angel – heart and soul – problem solver – doctor – comedian – cheerleader – confidant – peace keeper – and most of all our BEST FRIEND!

Her witty personality made everyone smile, she made friends everywhere she went. She lived her life the way she wanted on her terms and no one else’s.

Dot also enjoyed puzzles, playing cards and board games and ceramics.

A private graveside service will be held by the family in the Oakwood Cemetery in Theresa, NY.
