WATERTOWN, NY —Â Dorothy M. Flora, Watertown, passed away at home Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021. She was 91 years old.
The funeral service will be 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, 2021, at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.
