OGDENSBURG, NY — Douglas E. Bates, 46, Ogdensburg, died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020, at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
There will be a Celebration Of Life from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2020, at the DeKalb Junction Fire Department.
