DPAO cancels summer concerts

WATERTOWN, NY — The Disabled Persons Action Organization (DPAO) announces the cancellation of their 2020 Summer Concert Series due to the
Covid–19 virus.

With the current coronavirus pandemic that we are all now facing it would be nearly impossible to provide safety to all concerned who would be attending our concerts … patrons, artists, volunteers, staff and our community.

The health, safety and well-being of all those involved in attending a summer concert is always our number one priority and the reason behind why DPAO is cancelling the 2020 Summer Concert Season.

Plans are already underway in booking top name entertainment for the DPAO 2021 Summer Concert Series. We look forward to welcoming back everyone next year to enjoy what we expect to be our best summer concert season ever!

We thank each and every one of you for your past support for the DPAO Summer Concert Series and welcome the opportunity to see all of you again in 2021.

Please check our Website (DPAO.ORG) and FaceBook Page (DPAOCONCERTS) on a regular basis for 2021 DPAO concert news.

Two shows that are not part of the DPAO 2020 Summer Concert Series are still under consideration. DPAO’s Rock & Roll Oldies Show (September) and our Fall Show (October) are still “on hold” and a decision will be made in the coming months on whether or not these events can be held.
