WATERTOWN, NY —Â City police are investigating a two-vehicle accident at State and High streets at about 7 a.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2022. A female driver in the damaged sedan was taken by Guilfoyle Ambulance to Samaritan Medical Center for an evaluation. Further details have not been released at this time.
