Ethel I. Newcombe, 89, Richville

RICHVILLE, NY —  Ethel I. Newcombe, 89, of Richville, died on Dec. 18, 2020, at the Gouverneur Hospital.

A private funeral service and the burial will be in held  Old DeKalb Cemetery in Old DeKalb.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Gouverneur Volunteer Rescue Squad or the DeKalb Junction Volunteer Fire Dept.
