WATERTOWN, NY — Malek M. Baker, 27, of 26707 Boyer Circle, Evans Mills, was charged by Watertown police at 3:20 a.m. Sunday, May 19, in the 300 block of High Street with driving while intoxicated and illegal signal less than 100 feet.
Mr. Baker refused to provide a breath sample, police said.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear June 5 in City Court.
