WATERTOWN, NY —Â Fay E. Meador, 85, formerly from Lansing Street, Watertown, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at the Samaritan Summit Village where she had been a resident for several years.
Services will be held in Westmoreland, Tennessee at the Woodard Funeral Home. Calling hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 3. A funeral service will be held the following day, Monday, April 4, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rocky Mound Cemetery, Westmoreland.
Local arrangements are with Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.
Fay was born May 24, 1936, In LaFayette, TN, the daughter to the late Jerry and Vera Johns Tuttle.
She married Carlton C. Meador, December 26, 1964. Together the operated Meador Catering Company for several years. Carlton passed away May 30, 2001.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Dianne Meador, Watertown; grandsons, Brian (Kathlien) Meador, Robert (Alicia) Moyer; five great-grandchildren, all of Watertown; three brothers Danny, Billy and Jerry Tuttle all of Tennessee;Â several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a brother, Bobby Tuttle.
