WATERTOWN, NY — Construction will start on the Flower Avenue East reconstruction project between Franklin St. and Washington Street starting Monday, May 14 and continue through November.
Flower Ave. East will be closed to thru traffic between Myrtle Ave and Washington until further notice.
Niagara Mohawk will be working on gas line relocation between Nellis and Washington streets.
Survey crews will be working at various locations throughout the project.
All the above operations will or may cause delays of short durations throughout the project.
