Flower Memorial Library closes early due to electrical issues

WATERTOWN, NY —  Flower Memorial Library released the following statement:

Due to electrical issues, Flower Memorial library will be closing at 2 pm Tuesday, July 2, 2019.

We will update you as to when we are able to reopen.
