WATERTOWN, NY —Â Court Street Globe, LLC, 162 Paddock St., Watertown, has sold the former Global Mini Mall property at 302 Court St. to 302 Globe, LLC, 1721 Cochran Road, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA, according to documents filed Thursday morning at the Jefferson County clerk’s office.
The sale price as listed at $280,000.
The city’s assessment is listed at $141,400.
The property was previously sold in Oct. 2020 for $85,000.
