WATERTOWN, NY — Colt B. Shepherd, 25, of 10960 5th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 216, and Cameron D. Ward, 28, of 10609 5th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 212, both of Fort Drum, were each charged by Watertown police at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, March 3, in the 200 block of Factory Street with theft of services.
Both men are accused of exiting Mo’s Place and running west on Factory Street without paying for their $14.35 meal tab at about 1:28 a.m. Sunday, police said.
Both men were released to military custody and summoned to appear March 20 in City Court.
