WATERTOWN, NYÂ —Â Caleb K. Baptista, 21, of 10136 4th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 314A, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:08 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at 71 Public Square with disorderly conduct.
He is accused of punching and kicking another male on a public sidewalk at about 1:58 a.m. in front of The Wing Wagon restaurant, police said.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Nov. 27 in City Court.
