WATERTOWN, NY — Jose R. Manriquez, 21, of 10514 5th Armored Division Dr., Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:45 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Arcade Street with disorderly conduct.
Police allege he engaged in threatening and tumultuous behavior. “The defendant had to be held back as he actively took a combative stance towards a uniformed police office,” according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear June 10 in City Court.
