EVANS MILLS, NYÂ — Timothy N. Conrad, 40, of 23058 Bagram Road, Fort Drum, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 1:16 a.m. Saturday, May 5, at Route 11 and Waddingham Road in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and crossing road hazard markings. Deputies said they observed the pickup truck he was operating cross over into the southbound lane on three occasions and crossed over the fog line on the westbound shoulder on four different occasions. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Deputies did not provide his BAC. He is ordered to appear May 21 in LeRay Town Court.
