CALCIUM, NY — David J. Martinez, 20, of 10934 D. Anzio Loop, Fort Drum, was stopped by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies for speeding 62 mph in a 40-mph zone on Route 11 in the town of LeRay at about 1:57 a.m. Saturday, March 30, and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
He is summoned to appear April 8 in LeRay Town Court.
